When you click a Discord link or join our server, Discord Inc. becomes the controller of the personal data you submit on its platform (IP address, account identifier, message content). This transfer to a third country is based on Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (necessary for the performance of a contract concluded at the request of the data subject) when you initiate the communication. Pursuant to § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG (German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive), no consent is required because this storage is strictly necessary to provide the user-interface service you have explicitly selected. You can clear these entries at any time via your browser’s site settings.

Our customer area and order flow at skybytecloud.com run on a self-hosted HostBill installation operated by us; cookies set there (e.g. session and CSRF cookies) are described in the corresponding application and are technically required to log in and place orders.
