Reporting Illegal Content (Art. 16 DSA)
Any individual or entity may notify us of information present on our hosted services that they consider to constitute illegal content. To enable us to assess your notice in line with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, please submit it by email to the address listed above and ensure it contains all of the following:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why you consider the information in question to be illegal content;
- A clear indication of the exact electronic location of that information, in particular the precise URL or URLs and, where necessary, additional information enabling the identification of the illegal content;
- Your name and email address (not required where the notice concerns information considered to involve one of the offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU);
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations contained in the notice are accurate and complete.
We will confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay and will take a decision in respect of the reported information in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. You will be informed of that decision and of the redress possibilities available against it.
Internal Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (Art. 20-21 DSA)
Recipients of the service whose content has been restricted or removed, or whose account has been suspended or terminated, may lodge a complaint against that decision through our internal complaint-handling system, free of charge, by email to the address listed above. We examine such complaints in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary manner.
In addition, recipients of the service may submit such disputes to any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified pursuant to Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. The competent Digital Services Coordinator in Germany is the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency), Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn.
The right to seek effective judicial remedy before the competent ordinary courts remains unaffected.

Complaints under Regulation (EU) 2021/784
Content providers whose material has been removed or to whose material access has been disabled following our application of specific measures pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2021/784 may submit a complaint requesting reinstatement. Complaints can be sent by email to the address above and should identify the affected content (in particular by URL) and explain the reasons why the removal or disabling of access is considered erroneous.
We will examine each complaint expeditiously and reverse the removal or disabling of access without undue delay where the measure is found to have been unjustified. The complainant will be informed of the outcome and of the reasoning behind the decision.
Where content was removed or access was disabled following a removal order issued by a competent authority, content providers may also seek effective judicial remedies before the competent ordinary courts. The competent authority in Germany is the Bundeskriminalamt (Federal Criminal Police Office), Thaerstraße 11, 65193 Wiesbaden.

Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon notification of corresponding violations, we will remove this content immediately.

The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
